Kathryn Alexander

President, Praxis Channel Consulting, Indirect Sales

Kathryn leads the Praxis Channel Consulting group helping clients to build and/or improve their Channel practice.  She most recently served as Vice President & Head of the Americas Channel for NCR Corporation. She brings an impressive 20+ year results-filled leadership career in channels, alliances, direct sales and sales operations with respected IT industry leaders such as IBM, Dell, Xerox, and Northrop Grumman. She is also part of CompTIA, the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals (ASAP), and many other channel professional groups.


At NCR Kathryn was responsible to drive sales and channel revenue growth in the Americas by leading the execution of a successful channel sales strategy across three primary industries; Retail, Financial Services, and Hospitality. Her direction at NCR was clear, “We operate not simply as an OEM or software provider, but as a trusted partner. Our channel partners deliver direct, proactive and innovative solutions and it is this capability that will be key in next-generation NCR channel engagements”. 


As a consultant, Kathryn provides insights into current channel trends, partner programs and build out a successful channel across multiple industries.  With her team, they build new channel organizations, improve the productivity of Channel Account Managers, increase reseller commitment levels, and help channel reseller sales close more deals. 


David Weber

Executive VP Sales, Praxis Consulting Group, Sales Operations

David brings senior executive experience in global cross-functional leadership and has served as Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Finance, and Vice President of Marketing in the Healthcare, Technology & Business Information services industries.  He has led teams working for Conduent, Xerox, HTH Worldwide and IMS Health.


David currently serves as Vice President for Conduent, a $6.7B public company.  At Conduent, David is responsible for leading business development and services teams for State Healthcare programs including technology, analytics, and BPO.  


As a consultant, David identifies and onboards strategic partnerships, executes successful teaming agreements, SOW's, proposals and subcontract agreements.  He has created partner programs and GTM strategies, managed sales account plans in  50+ departments and helped channel and alliance partners create training and service launch plans.

Alex is a dynamic, results-charged, and effective high-profile leader who has worked and owned several start-ups.  Alex brings operational experience and takes products from inception to deployment, and has successfully completed multiple capital raises for cmpanies.

He brings additional value with his high caliber technical knowledge, a true entrepreneurial drive and proven channel leadership.
